NextUser revolutionizes digital marketing and reconciles data analysts with marketers. The startup offers companies a better understanding of the data of their users who visit their websites and buy in their stores and then comment on the products.
NEXTUSER MAKES THE DATA TALK
NextUser uses artificial intelligence to determine the personality of individuals based on their Facebook or Twitter account. The startup analyzes the feelings and key words of the customer's comments to understand the strengths and weaknesses of each of their references. It also offers virtual assistants to help the user to choose relevant products.
STRONG PARTNERSHIPS & IMPRESSIVE GROWTH THAT ATTRACTED THE BIGGEST BRANDS
NextUser was founded by Matthieu Dejardins in March 2013 in San Francisco and now has offices in the Paris Region, New York, San Francisco and Zagreb.
In just four years of existence, NextUser has already attracted major brands and companies in the United States, Europe and Asia, such as Nestle, Unilever, Ferrero, ETAM, Club Med, Sanofi, Adecco and the Mulliez Group (Flunch).
The startup is profitable and has raised 2.9 million euros from investors like Kima Ventures (Xavier Niel), Silicon Valley Growth Syndicate and 21 angels, including Alex Fletcher, an executive of KKR's Comex.
A major partnership has emerged since February 2015 between NextUser and IBM through the Artificial Intelligence program called IBM Watson. "Being integrated into the CloudNCo Inc entity is a major force for NextUser, which is today able to optimize omnichannel marketing and make the user experience more innovative and personified than ever," explains Matthieu Dejardins.

And he clarifies, "The services of Paris Region Entreprises have been decisive because they have opened so many doors, including access to TechMeetings in Silicon Valley and, in Paris, through "One to one" business appointments organized with major French brands such as ETAM and large French corporations: Engie, Air France and Carrefour. These relationships have accelerated our decision to set up in France by creating a subsidiary in the Paris Region, which will serve as a bridgehead for our development in Europe ".
