H3 DYNAMICS, THE PIONEER FROM SINGAPORE IN TOTALLY AUTONOMOUS DRONES, CHOSE PARIS REGION FOR ITS EUROPEAN HEADQUARTERS
What prompted this choice was the role of France as a forerunner in the field of drones, the dynamism of French Tech and the economic influence of Paris Region throughout Europe.

H3 Dynamics is a tech start-up based in Singapore that is a pioneer in tele-robotics, which is fully automated data collection and processing by drones owing to its innovative solution for autonomy: the DRONEBOX - a connected recharging station for drones. It is also a pre-deployed onsite captor ready-to-use on demand.
In short, H3 Dynamics has designed a robot connected to Internet that deploys drones in the field to automate and simplify data collection in widely different sectors, from predictive maintenance to industrial inspection by way of sensitive site security. So, to inspect a wind-turbine, there’s no need to dangle a man on a rope to inspect every blade one by one, or to send in a pilot equipped with a drone for every inspection. You just need to set up a DRONEBOX at the foot of your wind farm and plan the drone missions remotely, by Internet.
At the crossroads of robotics, cognitive informatics and the Internet of things, H3 Dynamics is also a recognised expert in advanced systems for hydrogen energy storage, which increases the autonomy of isolated captors and small drones. This Energy-Robots-Cloud Platforms triptych enables the Group to make a vertical offer and integrate the whole value chain, from energy supplies for drones to data processing.
A young, ambitious French subsidiary
While the Group employs thirty people between the headquarters in Singapore and a subsidiary in Austin (Texas), the opening of the European subsidiary signals “its commitment to making its mark on the European market from its base in Paris, next door to clients and partners”, according to Bertrand Gauthier, who worked for H3 Dynamics in Singapore before returning to France to create the subsidiary that he directs today. He added: “As France has always been a forerunner in terms of drone regulations, setting up here was an obvious choice. We chose Paris Region for its role as a strategic nerve-centre at the heart of European business. Of course, we are scouting for clients, but also for technological partners. H3 Dynamics is now set up in the heart of the Paris region business ecosystem, where we are surrounded by lots of very dynamic start-ups in the sector and also by major actors, many of which have their R&D head offices in this region.”

Paris Region Entreprises, a solid partner for H3 Dynamics
Three years from now, the Group’s French subsidiary aims to have fifteen salaried employees and to launch an R&D centre with the goal of spreading throughout the European continent from its base in France. “Our presence here was made easier by the assistance of Paris Region Entreprises, with whom Business France put me in touch while I was still in Singapore”, Bertrand Gauthier explained. “In particular, Paris Region Entreprises helped me to contact several potential technological partners and facilitated some of the initial formalities. Now that the subsidiary has been created, being part of the Paris Region Entreprises network is for us a real advantage, through access to different events and get-togethers. Lastly, and this is perhaps the most important thing, the Paris Region Entreprises team demonstrated its dynamic commitment to the success of businesses setting up in Paris Region. For example, we recently had the opportunity to meet Valérie Pécresse at our stand at VivaTechnology and then we encountered the teams from Paris Region Entreprises at our stand at the Bourget trade show. We felt welcome in the region, which, from the personal point of view, is very important for us.”
