Luxury packaging and merchandising specialist, GAINERIE 91, chose EPA Sénart to help with its relocation to Lieusaint’s Levant business park, in the epicentre of Grand Paris Sud.

The 4,500 sq. m building, designed and developed by 4+ Arpent Réalisation, fully addresses environmental concerns as 30% of its roof area is dedicated to solar panels. The building also incorporates a sophisticated rainwater recovery system.
