To guarantee the harmonious development of Val d’Europe, territorial planning is exclusively based on actions and initiatives addressing tomorrow's challenges, such as renewable energy, biomass-powered heating networks, sustainable mobility, eco-friendly buildings, low-emission materials, and more.

Over the past 20 years, more than 360,000 m² of activity space and 240,000 m² of premium office space have been developed. This prime economic hub offers numerous other opportunities for new businesses to settle through the planning of innovative, high-quality business districts and personalized support for all stakeholders looking to establish themselves in the area.   • Couternois: 47 hectares for mixed-use projects, among which 8 are available.
  • International Business Park (PIE): 140 hectares, including 60 dedicated to green spaces, 233,000 m² of office and industrial facilities developed, and a 94% occupancy rate. Ideally located near the A4 highway.
  • Coupvray Business Park: 11 hectares for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) combining architecture with a sustainable approach. 6 hectares are still available.
